Purpose and acceptance
These terms and conditions govern the use of the Nuevo Aspecto SL website and the real estate brokerage services offered through it. Using the site and submitting any form implies full acceptance of these conditions in the version published at the time of access.
Services offered
Nuevo Aspecto SL provides brokerage services for short and long-term rentals and for the sale and purchase of properties, as well as complementary services of management, marketing, advice and support for owners and tenants. The specific scope of each service will be agreed with the client in the corresponding contract.
Property information
The data, prices, surfaces, features and images of the published properties are informative and indicative. They may be subject to changes, material errors or the availability of the property at any given time. No published information constitutes a binding offer; the final conditions of each transaction will be detailed in the corresponding contract.
Requests, visits and offers
Requests for information, a visit or an offer made through the site forms do not create any obligation to contract for either party until the corresponding contract is signed. After receiving a request, we will contact the user to confirm availability, arrange the visit or continue the process.
User obligations
The user guarantees that the information provided through the forms is truthful, accurate and up to date, and will be solely responsible for any false or inaccurate statements made and for the harm they may cause. The user undertakes to use the site in accordance with the law and these terms.
Prices and fees
The fees for brokerage services, where applicable, will be communicated in advance in a transparent manner and set out in the corresponding contract. The amounts published on the site are expressed in euros and, unless otherwise indicated, do not include taxes or costs associated with the transaction.
Intellectual property
All contents of the site are protected by intellectual and industrial property rights owned by the owner or by third parties, and may not be reproduced, distributed or used without their express authorisation.

The site may include third-party links or content. The owner is not responsible for the availability, accuracy or lawfulness of such content, the management of which is the exclusive responsibility of its respective owners.
Disclaimer and availability
